Sales and Delivery Terms In CareCare Oy
The following delivery terms apply to business activities between CareCare Oy and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1 Delivery times
Delivery time 14 working days. Reservations in case of force majeure situations.
2 Payment terms
Consumer customers net 14 days or cash on delivery. Contract and billing customers according to agreement. Interest on late payment 8 %. Payment terms are determined from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
3 Prices
The price does not include value-added tax or delivery and packaging costs.
4 Delivery terms
FCA-Joensuu (Incoterms 2010). The buyer customer or courier representing the customer shall collect the goods from an agreed location.
DAP (Delivered at Place). The goods are delivered to the assigned delivery location.
5 Hand off terms
The products or good shall be deemed to have been handed off, when the customer or his/her representative receives it. When delivered by cash on delivery, the goods are deemed as delivered, when CareCare Oy has handed it off to the company representative providing the service to be transported to the customer. When receiving a delivery, customer has a duty to inspect the delivered good.
6 Warranty
We provide the CareCare RR Rolling Racks we deliver a 12-month warranty, which covers any possible manufacturing and raw materials defects. The warranty does not not cover specific period products: CareCare IGS – Insta Grip Socks, CareCare IGR Insta Grip Ribbon , CareCare ISF Insta Slide Film, CareCare and TSF Transfer Slide Film. The warranty does not cover defects that arise from improper use or other incorrect use of the good
7 Notice of cancellation and comments
Must be done at least 14 days after receiving of goods or conclusion of the contract. Comments about delivery, goods or bill have to do to CareCare within 14 days from receiving the delivery
8 Return terms
Check out the return terms before making a order. A buyer customer must always agree on returns with a CareCare Oy sales representative or contact person. If a customer wishes to return an ordered product, it must be notified to CareCare Oy within 14 days. Notification by e-mail: sales(at)carecare.fi or by phone (+358) 50 5247 559. The return consignment takes place at the customer’s expense. Products to be returned must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the consignment. The customer returning the product is responsible for the return consignment being delivered within the specified period of time. If the ordered goods have esssentially changed, the orderer has not right to get back all the paid amount. Return of the payment will be done the same way as the payent was done.
9 Ownership of goods
CareCare Oy reserves the goods’ right of ownership until the payment has been made.
10 Changes
The prices are valid until further notice. CareCare Oy reserves the right to changes in prices as well as sales and delivery terms. We comply with currently valid legislation in terms of value-added tax.
11 Discharge
The use of the products requires familiarisation in the manual and guidance videos. If the product is used contrary to the instructions or otherwise incorrectly, the product manufacturer (CareCare Oy) is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use.
