Environmental Responsibility
Regarding environmental responsibility, we pay attention to carbon dioxide emissions in terms of our production, raw materials, and freight costs. Larger product batches are delivered directly to the customer from the factory, and smaller ones are packaged in-house, allowing us to simultaneously monitor product quality. Regularly, we also retrieve products directly from the factory, allowing us to monitor raw material deliveries during the same visit. Carbon footprint reports for the years 2018 and 2023 have been compiled regarding our operations. At the office and factory, we sort waste in accordance with legal requirements and ensure that electrical devices are switched off at the end of the day.
Social Responsibility
From a social responsibility perspective, workplace safety is one of the most important factors. An audit has been conducted at the factory, confirming the safety of the work environment. Employees participate in decision-making, and their skills are actively developed in terms of job tasks. Employee satisfaction and commitment are monitored through annual development discussions. The board is actively involved in business and product development. We currently also employ an individual in a disadvantaged position.
Through our activities, we aim to positively impact the construction of a socially sustainable society. Additionally, our communication and marketing are ethically grounded. We also support local businesses in our procurement. Customer satisfaction is regularly monitored through feedback forms and inquiries. We respond promptly to complaints and handle them in a customer-centric manner. We ensure the safe use of products and guide customers through instructions, videos, phone calls, and emails. We involve our B2B customers in product development, testing, and post-market surveillance. We build our partnerships with a long-term perspective, aiming for mutual success. We also ensure compliance with privacy laws and the secure use of data. Furthermore, our raw material supplier has a Telco responsibility report in place.
